- Shipping addresses must be within the US. Shipping and handling costs are calculated based on total price of order. All items will be shipped by FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified by the customer in the "Special Instructions" section of the Checkout page. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

- Park Systems does not accept returns or exchanges. However, if the item is defective we will replace the item within 30 days of purchase.
